|Shipping & Handling||
Customers should pay shipping & packing cost.
We ship by Postal Airmail or EMS. We'll email you the tracking number when your order was shipped.
Airmail normally will take 7 to 14 days, EMS will take 3 to 7 days to deliver.
We'll ship your order basically within 72 hours when we confirmed your payment, then email you when its on the way.
=For residents of Australia, Canada, the United States and the EU countries=
Currently postal services of these countries stop accepting of various AIR MAIL items, again. Therefore we ship every order from these countries with the following ways:
NOTE: Canada Post have now stopped accepting ALL overseas postal services (as of February 2022).
1) By Surface mail to Australia, the US & the EU countries unless otherwise requested.
2) By DHL if requested and to Canada. See more options below:
We will use DHL for the order with the total shipping cost exceeds 2950JPY (about 27USD) or when you ordered more than 4 items at one time.
Estimated delivery time with Surface mail will be 7-25 weeks and it totally depends on the 'location & situation'. Even now the post office officials have no idea when to expect deliveries.
Please ask us if you'd like DHL instead of Surface mail after you place your order then we'll let you know the extra shipping to pay for the service additionally.
The situation of international postal mail remains unstable, there may be a sudden suspension of acceptance or changes in regulations. For example, some flights have already been suspended in Italy and Ireland in mid 2021.

Basically we can't accept any return goods except we shipped wrong items or error goods. Wrong items or error goods should be reported within a week after receiving the item and we'll discuss about it. We can't accept any claims after one week.
After shipping the package, we are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by the shipping company.
